Our Story

Hello, my name is Vicki ♥
My creations are all about "Spreading Blessings & Love". 

The story began with a simple Rose Quartz bracelet I received as a child, bought by my parents at a market. It wasn’t an expensive bracelet, and we didn’t know anything about crystal energy at the time. My parents bought it simply because their little girl wanted a pink bracelet ♥

However, from that day on (and even to this day), every time I wear that bracelet, I feel blessed and luckier. I now deeply believe it carries the power of blessing, which my parents wanted to always give me ♥.

Fast forward to 2017, a turning point in my life. It was the most stressful year in my career, and given my previous experience with depression, I knew I was on the verge of falling back into it. While searching for peace, I began making blessing stone accessories for myself—and later, for family and friends. This process gave me a way to release my emotions. By sending love through the accessories I crafted, I felt loved and joyful in return from sharing that love.

After my father retired, I learned the concrete technique from him and started creating Blessing Cats in concrete, carrying on his spirit of craftsmanship —— with my love for Japan and its rich culture of blessings. 
In 2020, during Christmas, we co-created our concrete collection together, and Little Refreshment joined its first Christmas Market. With our Concrete Blessing Meow and my Blessing Stone Accessories, the direction of our brand was solidified: "Spreading Blessings and Love" :)

This is what my parent taught me —— "Life is a mirror, to love and be loved". This lesson keeps me inspired to create and design our creative Blessing Accessories, 縁起物, for people.

*** “縁起物” — In Japan, this term refers to small things meant to bring blessings and luck.

Little Refreshment is a brand that full of family LOVE. 

The five-colored rainbow tassels in our logo represent our five family members: Baba, Mama, my brother and sister, and me. 👴🏻🧓🏻👨🏻🧑🏻👩🏻. And within these hearts are the added members of our family—my husband, brother-in-law, and all the little ones! 💛🧡💚💙

** The tassel design also marks my first signature earrings collection :)

None of this would be possible without the endless love and support from my family. They are always at the heart of my creations!
