For earrings items, no refund/returns after sending out the order
(because for hygiene reason, we make sure not to resell any used accessories, thank you for your understanding) - For concrete works, no refund/returns if the works consist customise option (e.g. blessing words) or damaged.
- If you wish to return your purchase, please contact at contact@littlerefreshment.com within 5 days after the parcel arrival. In the email please include (1) your name, (2) order number, (3) which item, and (4) the reason you wish to return with (5) pictures to illustrate.
- To be eligible for a refund, the returned item must be in the same condition as it was received, in good condition, and in its original packaging with your order number and address.
- When you return an item, the postage fee is bared by the buyer. We would recommend to ensure the product is safely packed and to use a tracked posting service. We will not be responsible for the loss or damage of the item that you returned.
- Any shipping fee for delivering the parcel to you are non-refundable , as this is a service provided by Royal Mail or other couriers, and they do not make refunds for used services.
